Good day everyone, I wanted to share my thoughts on this platform I discovered. The overall experience has been quite satisfactory and I find the layout to be intuitively designed for users of all experience levels. One minor observation is that customer service, whilst responsive, could be slightly more proactive in addressing concerns. Cheers for reading my thoughts.
